What is our current lead time?

Due to high demand, our current lead time is approximately 26–28 weeks before we can begin production on new orders.

We know that’s a bit of a wait, and we genuinely appreciate your patience. Each welding cap is handmade with precision, top-quality materials, and serious attention to detail—no shortcuts, no mass production.

The wait is long, but the result is something built to last, made just for you, and absolutely worth it.

Is there a minimum/maximum quantity for welding cap orders?

There’s no minimum—you're welcome to order just one welding cap if that's all you need. We keep things flexible so you can order exactly what works for you.

Please note: the maximum order quantity is 100 caps per order, as we do not offer bulk or wholesale ordering.

Do your welding caps shrink?

Since I pre-wash all of my fabric before making the caps, shrinkage is minimal, but there could be some slight shrinkage over time, especially due to the fabric and the thread used. To minimize shrinkage, I recommend washing your cap in cold water and air drying it.

If you have any concerns about fit, feel free to reach out before placing your order, and I’ll be happy to help with sizing advice!

How do I care for my welding cap?

To keep your welding cap in top shape, I recommend washing it in cold water and air drying. Avoid machine drying to prevent shrinkage or fabric wear. Store your cap in a cool, dry place to maintain its shape.

Are your welding caps reversible?

Yes! All of my welding caps are fully reversible. They’re made with two layers of quality fabric, so you can flip them inside out and get a different look whenever you want. It’s like getting two caps in one—built for durability, comfort, and style.

How do you select fabric for your order?

Once I get to your order, I’ll reach out and share the current fabric selection with you. You’re welcome to browse through our options now, but don’t fall in love with anything just yet—it could be discontinued. Don’t worry, though; I’m always sourcing new fabrics, and I’m confident I’ll have something you’ll love when it’s time to choose.

If you'd rather leave the design to me, I’m happy to create something custom for you! Just let me know what you’re thinking, and I’ll handle the rest.

How can I see your current fabric selection?

Once I reach your spot in the order queue, I’ll contact you directly with the most up-to-date fabric options. In the meantime, you’re welcome to preview my current fabric collection here:

Just a heads-up—fabric availability changes frequently, and some prints may be gone by the time I get to your order. But no worries, I’m always adding fresh options, and I’m confident I’ll have something you’ll love. Prefer to let me pick and design something for you? That’s totally an option too!

Can I send you my own fabric for you to use?


Definitely! I’m open to discussing using your own fabric for your order. If you have something specific in mind, just reach out to me, and we can chat about whether it’ll work for welding caps. I’ll help guide you through the process to make sure it’s the right fit.

Do you wash your fabric before making an order?

Yes, I do pre-wash all fabric before making any orders. This helps prevent any shrinkage or color bleeding once you start wearing your welding cap. I want to make sure your caps are ready to go as soon as they reach you!

Are your caps single or double layered?

All of my welding caps are double-layered for added durability and comfort. The extra layer helps provide more protection and a better fit, ensuring your cap can stand up to the demands of welding while keeping you cool and comfortable.

Are your caps 4-panel or 6-panel?

All of my welding caps are 6-panel for a more structured and comfortable fit. The 6-panel design provides extra room and a better overall shape, ensuring your cap stays snug and secure while you work.

Can I add more caps to my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, I’m not able to add additional caps to it. Each order is carefully scheduled and made to order, so changes can’t be made once it’s in the queue.

If you’d like to order more caps, you’re always welcome to place a new order, which will be added to the end of the current waitlist.

Do you do wholesale or bulk orders?

I don’t offer wholesale or bulk orders, as my business is focused entirely on custom, handmade welding caps. Every order is carefully crafted to your specific preferences, and I work closely with you to create something truly unique.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

I don’t offer discounts for large orders at this time. Each welding cap is handmade to order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards! If you’re looking for a unique gift, a gift card is a perfect option. Contact us to purchase one.

Do you make children’s welding caps?

Currently, I don’t offer children’s welding caps, but it’s something I might consider in the future. If you’d like to stay in the loop, you can subscribe to our emails for updates and be the first to know if we add them to our collection!

What are your shipping options?

I currently offer USPS Priority shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days, depending on where you're located. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey to you!

If you're outside the US, I’m not able to ship internationally at this time, but I hope to offer that in the future!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I only ship within the United States. I hope to offer international shipping in the future, but for now, I’m focused on fulfilling orders across the US.

What if my order is delayed?

I always aim to fulfill orders on time, but occasionally delays may occur due to fabric availability or unexpected circumstances. If your order is delayed, I’ll keep you informed and work to get it to you as quickly as possible.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Because each welding cap is handmade to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. I recommend reaching out with any sizing or order questions before purchasing—I’m happy to help make sure everything’s right from the start.

If there’s an issue with your order due to a mistake on my end, please let me know—I’ll make it right.

What can you embroider on a cap?

I offer custom embroidery on welding caps—most commonly names, nicknames, union numbers, or short phrases. If you have something specific in mind, like a certain font or placement, just let me know when ordering and we’ll go over the details together.

Please note: I do not currently offer logo embroidery. Space is limited, so simpler designs work best, and I’ll always confirm everything with you before getting started.

Do you have anything in stock or ready to ship?

Everything I make is handmade to order, so I don’t keep ready-to-ship stock. This allows me to focus fully on custom work and ensure each cap is made just for you.

Do you have a stand-alone store?

I don’t have a physical or stand-alone store—all orders are placed online through my website. This setup allows me to focus on creating each custom welding cap with care and attention to detail.
